Progressive Democrats of America National Issue Team Coordinator Jeanne Dauray claims that the police “black site” at Chicago’s Homan Square and similar interrogation sites across the United States must be shut down to stop the ongoing civil rights violations and police brutality.

Young Civil Rights Activists Shut Down DC

Georgetown will never be the same. An area known for its high end shops, restaurants and exclusive real estate was the recent target of hundreds of protesters demanding unjustified police killings, shootings and arrests cease in the District of Columbia. In fact, many of the business areas in DC will never forget the presence of youth taking over the streets to protest police brutality.
